Chromata

With its blue, pink, yellow, green or red interiors and commanding views of the caldera, the fittingly named, 26-room hotel Chromata – the Greek word for colors in one of the best hotels in Santorini. Located in Imerovigli, most of its quirky, yet cozy rooms were former cave-houses dug into the cliff. It’s a gorgeous hotel, with all the amenities, including wifi, satellite TV, restaurant and cool bar; and ten of its suites have indoor pools. The infinity pool over the cliff is stunning.
